Is this genuine postage?

Yes! Stamps.com’s PhotoStamps are completely valid US Postage, valid for the most popular domestic USPS mail classes. The technology is based on our proven Stamps.com PC Postage platform, which we’ve been using successfully since 1999, to sell in excess of $5,000,000,000 worth of postage.

How much do they cost?

The cost of a sheet of Photostamps includes the cost of the postage and a small premium. Photostamps do have discount tiers, so that the more you buy, the more you save per sheet! For more details, just click this link.

How many Stamps do you get per sheet?

Photostamps sheets have 20 full color labels per sheet.

How big are PhotoStamps?

Our PhotoStamps labels are sized to strike a balance between usability and optimum image area. Each stamp is 1.92” wide by 1.39” high. The maximum image area for each stamp is 1.2” x 1.2"

Can I place more than one image or denomination on a sheet?

At this time, we can only accommodate one image and denomination per sheet.

Can I use the site with a Mac or Linux system?

Absolutely! Our site and all its associated tools are completely compatible with Mac and Linux platforms.

What are the processing and shipping times for my order?

We have up to three shipping methods to choose from - your options shown at checkout will be based on the weight of your order.

  • USPS First Class Mail - No tracking information provided, and orders will normally arrive in 5 - 7 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail - Tracking information is provided and orders will normally arrive in 3 - 6 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express - Tracking information is provided, and orders normally arrive in 2 - 5 business days.

What denominations and classes can I use them for?

Our PhotoStamps are available in the most common denominations for domestic USPS First Class Mail, valid up to the 6 ounce First Class envelope rate.

Can I use PhotoStamps on International Mail?

Unfortunately, not at this time. As of now, the USPS does not permit PhotoStamps to be used with international services.

Can I use PhotoStamps on packages?

At this time, the USPS has not authorized PhotoStamps for use on packages or parcels.

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

We at PhotoStamps take customer satisfaction seriously. If you’re unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return any unused items within 30 days for a full refund. A restocking fee may be incurred for some high-volume orders.
